journey clients have been planning for a plant swap in acomb. the plant swap will start in the next few weeks to share our love of plants and promote positive wellbeing. we would like to say a huge thank you to hexham abbey for their donation of plants to get us started, and the queens arms hotel in acomb with supplies to help us make our stands.
