As a small local charity every penny you give makes a difference.
£1.00 will pay for a Client's refreshments for the Hub day.
£5 will buy adapted kitchen resources for Clients to learn cooking.
£10 will buy a blood pressure cuff for Clients to learn how to check their health.
£20 will cover the minibus fuel costs for Clients to go to our local Leisure Centre.
£50 will enable us to supply home-cooked meals for older adults living locally.
£100 will supply our 'Pay What you Can Afford' shop for the week.
£300 will give a Client a short break with Journey once a year.
fundraising in aid of Journey
If you would like to fundraise in aid of Journey please contact us for a fundraising pack.
Here are some ideas:
- have a bake a cake sale
- do a plant sale
- sell some arts and crafts
- hold a coffee and chat morning
- do a sponsored car wash
- do a sponsored walk or run
- sell items you no longer need
- nominate us at work, school or college

We do not have marketing or fundraising staff like the large national charities.
All our fundraising is overseen by staff working with Clients and managing our services.
It helps us if you are able to give a regular amount by bank transfer.
If you are a tax payer please contact us about Gift Aid.
If you are working do ask you employer about payroll giving.
Please also remember us in your will.
