All Clients at Journey have a learning disability.
You choose what you want to do at Journey.
We put this in a person centred plan.
We can then support you to:
- do the things you like
- develop your skills for home
- develop your skills for work
- keep fit and healthy
- meet new people
- get out in the community
- have a say
